Some of our products are designed to be attached to your dog's collar using a VELCRO® Brand Strap that when properly used is extremely secure.

To guard against possible accidental loss of your device, it's your responsibility to use any such strap in accordance with our instructions and to keep it in a clean and serviceable condition at all times.

We regard straps as a consumable item that you must expect to wear out and to require replacement as frequently as every few months. Your individual strap's lifetime will depend on your particular dog and their lifestyle.

Whilst we may supply more than one strap with the initial purchase of your device, you must purchase any further replacement straps and use them whenever they are required over the lifetime of your device (unless your dog is eligible to receive free straps under the terms of our PitPat LIFE™ membership plan).
