T&Cs - Trade Buyer

These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you when you place an order through our website or accept a quotation and will constitute the entire agreement between us and you.

These Terms and Conditions and the website order or quotation (together, the Contract) apply to the purchase and sale of any Goods between us and you, to the exclusion of any other terms that you try to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

A Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday in England and Wales.

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

Words imparting the singular number include the plural and vice-versa.

The description of the Goods is set out on our website and in our sales documentation. In placing an order through our website or accepting a quotation you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any statement, promise or other representations about the Goods by us.

Goods are covered by our standard one year consumer warranty - www.pitpat.com/warranty. Any products returned as defective or faulty by an end-consumer to you within the one year warranty period will be credited in full or replaced at our discretion. 

Orders are non-cancellable and final sale. 

Payment for orders is due upfront before delivery.

Delivery must be to one address within the UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand.

Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the goods within five Business Days by a recorded delivery service.

In the event that we are unable to ship the goods within five Business Days the order will be refunded in full.

The risk in the Goods will pass to you on completion of delivery. You must inspect the Goods on delivery and if you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within five business days of delivery, providing details. Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them. If we do not hear from you within five business days, acceptance of the goods is assumed.

The Goods are for direct resale to end-consumers in the UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand only. You may sell them in person, in your store, veterinary practice or on your own website. You may not offer them on a third party website or store, including but not limited to eBay and Amazon, or to other businesses. The Goods may not be hired or loaned.

The Goods must be sold in their standard packaging and must not be rebranded or repackaged.

Orders are subject to our approval and acceptance, which may be withdrawn at any time, including but not limited to if any of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement are not withheld.

We grant you permission to use our trademark(s) and other supplied marketing materials solely for display and advertising purposes in connection with selling and distributing the Goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
