SOCIAL MEDIA & ONLINE FORUMS
As part of our wider product offering, we may set up and operate one or more online forums to allow individuals to read and exchange information and opinion on relevant topics.
We may operate these forums on any existing social media platform, or we may host and operate them independently.
These forums are included in the set of products defined in our GENERAL TERMS OF USE, and your participation in them is subject to all our applicable terms of use, whether or not you are a user of any of our other products or services.
Joining a forum
Each forum may be open for anyone to participate in, or we may restrict membership to individuals who meet defined and published criteria that we set.
In the latter case, we will determine whether to admit or deny you access to any particular forum based on our reasonable interpretation of that forum's criteria.
Participating in a forum
Your participation in any forum is governed by any published rules associated with that forum (as well as any more general rules that may apply to the platform where it is hosted).
You are responsible for familiarising yourself with these rules.
Forum management and moderation
We may at our discretion remove any content that we reasonably believe breaches any applicable rules or terms.
We may also at our discretion temporarily or permanently withdraw your access to any forum if we reasonably believe that you do not or no longer meet the applicable eligibility criteria, or if we reasonably believe that you have breached any of the rules associated with the forum or our wider terms. In this case we will normally follow any applicable published process.
If you want to challenge any decision relating to your access to or participation in a forum, you may do so by following any applicable procedure set out in the forum rules or, if you are still unsatisfied, our published complaints process.
Changes
We may pause, close or withdraw any forum temporarily or permanently, in which case you may lose access to any content on it, including any content that you have contributed.
We may make changes to these terms in accordance with our General Terms of Use, including changes to forum eligibility criteria (which may then apply to existing members' on-going participation) and changes to any forum-specific rules published on that forum.
